Why use it

What this free tool does

Real Excel file

.xlsx that opens in Excel, Google Sheets, Numbers and LibreOffice.

Real numbers

Numbers can be summed and sorted.

Bold header

The first row stands out.

Sheets your way

One sheet per table, or per page.

Fitted columns

Column widths match the content.

Private

Nothing is uploaded.

How tables are found

The tool reads where each piece of text sits on the page. Rows are lines of text, and columns are the gaps that line up from row to row, so tables with or without borders both work.

Complex tables with merged cells or wrapped text may need small fixes in Excel. Scanned tables need OCR PDF first.

Tip: Numbers with currency signs stay as text; remove the symbol in Excel to turn them into numbers.

Your files stay on your device

Most online PDF sites upload your documents to their servers. Aleynray Ai does the work inside your browser instead, on your own computer or phone.

Nothing is sent anywhere, so contracts, bank statements, IDs and medical forms stay private, and there is no waiting for uploads.

  • Free, with no sign-up or limits
  • No watermark
  • Files never leave your device
  • Opens password-protected PDFs
  • Works on desktop and mobile
