Letter to A4 and back
Documents from the US use Letter paper and most of the world uses A4. The sizes are close but not the same, so printing one on the other cuts off edges or leaves odd margins. Converting the PDF itself fixes this for everyone who prints it.
Scale to fit keeps the whole page visible with small white bands where the shapes differ. Scale to fill covers the new page completely and trims a little from the edges.
