Why use it
What this free tool does
Slides as pages
Each slide becomes one page at the right size.
Design kept
Themes, backgrounds, shapes and pictures.
Tables and charts
Simple charts are redrawn from their data.
Speaker notes
Optionally added after the slides.
Hidden slides
Left out unless you include them.
Private
Converted on your device. Your file is never uploaded.
What converts and what doesn't
Text, pictures, shapes, tables and the slide design come through well. Animations and transitions can't exist in a PDF, so each slide shows its final state.
Complex charts, SmartArt and 3D effects are simplified. Old .ppt files need saving as .pptx first.
Tip: Want handouts? Use N-up on the converted PDF to print several slides per page.
Your files stay on your device
Most online PDF sites upload your documents to their servers. Aleynray Ai does the work inside your browser instead, on your own computer or phone.
Nothing is sent anywhere, so contracts, bank statements, IDs and medical forms stay private, and there is no waiting for uploads.
- Free, with no sign-up or limits
- No watermark
- Files never leave your device
- Works on desktop and mobile
