Font to Outline
Turn every letter in a PDF into a vector shape, exactly where it was. The PDF then needs no fonts at all, which is what many printers, sign makers and cutting machines ask for.

Why use it
What this free tool does
Exact shapes
Every glyph becomes a vector path.
No font problems
Prints the same on any printer or RIP.
Sharp at any size
Outlines are vectors, not pictures.
Forms too
Filled-in fields can be flattened and outlined.
Batch
Several files at once.
Private
Nothing is uploaded.
When to outline text
Print shops often ask for "outlined" or "curved" fonts to avoid missing or substituted fonts. Vinyl cutters and laser engravers need shapes rather than text.
After outlining, text can't be selected, searched or edited, and files can get bigger. Keep your original.
Tip: Sending to a print shop? Also convert to PDF/A or ask them for their preferred settings.
Your files stay on your device
Most online PDF sites upload your documents to their servers. Aleynray Ai does the work inside your browser instead, on your own computer or phone.
Nothing is sent anywhere, so contracts, bank statements, IDs and medical forms stay private, and there is no waiting for uploads.
- Free, with no sign-up or limits
- No watermark
- Files never leave your device
- Works on desktop and mobile
Frequently asked questions
Will it look different?
No, the shapes are taken from the fonts in the file.
Can I undo it?
No, keep your original PDF.
Why is the file bigger?
Each letter shape is stored; repeated letters are shared, so it stays reasonable.
Is it free?
Yes. There is no sign-up, no limit on files and no watermark.
Are my files uploaded?
No. The tool runs inside your web browser and works on the file on your own device. Nothing is sent to a server, so private documents stay private.
