How do I make a transparent background?

Can I put my product on a white background for Amazon, eBay or Shopify?
Yes. After the background is removed, choose the white swatch, turn on Soft product shadow if you want depth, and optionally Crop to the subject. Then save as JPG or PNG. Most marketplaces ask for a pure white background, which this produces.
Why is part of my subject see-through or missing?
